Having to deal with coughs, stuffy nose is very annoying. These issues are not common only for winter but they can occur throughout the whole year. That is why today we will present you a nice recipe made of just organic, completely healthy ingredients.
This is a syrup which is very effective, cheap and easy to prepare, plus you won’t have any negative effects like in the case when you drink some antibiotic.
- Here are the ingredients you need in order to prepare this beverage:
* Garlic- one organic garlic
* Honey-two tablespoons
* Ginger- two tablespoons of grounded ginger
* Chili peppers- half a spoon of grounded chili peppers
* Cinnamon – half a spoon
* Lemon-1dl of freshly squeezed lemon
- This is how you will going to prepare this beverage:
Put in a bowl the garlic which should be grounded previously, add the grounded ginger, the cinnamon, chili pepper and the lemon juice. Mix them all nicely and at the end add the honey. This will make the taste of the syrup much better. Prepared like that cover the beverage and let it stay on a room temperature in the next three hours. After that put it into a glass jar and leave it in the fridge.

You will use this beverage each morning before having breakfast. On an empty stomach take one tablespoon of this syrup and you will make the immune system much stronger which will create the needed protection for your organism.
