People who want to lose weight usually start with difficult, strict diets that are very hard to keep up with for a long period of time. In Finland there was one research investigating what people want to eat for breakfast the most.  The research was performed between 150 people who were considered to have great heath and who have health choices for breakfast. |It was discovered that people choose between three types of food products for breakfast.

People top choice when eating breakfast, it is the fruit. About 51% from the people said that their favorite product for breakfast is fruit. They didn’t say what type of fruit is their favorite, but they said any type according the season.

The second best choice for 41% of the researched people are dairy products. Any type of dairy products, milk, white cheese, yellow cheese, yogurt and many more. All of these products are usually combined with something else.

As their third choice 33 people from the research have said that their top choice are muesli and cereals combined with cold milk. Sometimes, they even combine them with banana or any type of berries. It is healthy and delicious, so it is their top favorite when deciding with what they want to start their day.

Furthermore, 32% from the researched people said that they want to start of their day by eating bread and baked goods. It is known that these products are completely unnecessary products, because of the elements they are consisted of, which usually have a lot of calories. However, many say that they enjoy eating them for breakfast, but they are usually combined with other healthy products such as eggs, yogurt or vegetables.

However, the most interesting part of the research it was to find out that only 26% of the researched people enjoy drinking coffee during breakfast. On the contrary, an astonishing 74% of the people said that they usually start of their day by drinking tea, milk, freshly squeezed juice or i=simply with water. They pointed out that they perform their daily activities without the intake of caffeine.
