In terms of preparation, make sure that you have baked the leeks for nothing less than 40 minutes after you have sliced them up and put them in a proper baking dish with garlic and chicken broth. Now start on the chicken by putting it in the hot oil where you let it cook till it gets a golden brown color.
After the leeks have their time in the baking tray, it is time for the chicken to go into it accompanied by the cream. Here you need the cream to heat up and once it is done, you keep the leeks, the chicken and the cream together to make it as delicious as possible.
Jalapeno White Bean Burger
A dish that will give you a good protein input and at the same time will allow you to have a light dinner is the jalapeno white bean burger. You will need softened dried white beans, slices of jalapenos, some cheddar cheese, nice little buns, etc. Now take a pot where you will let the millet cook for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, you will need to work on the white beans by combining it with other condiments and blend them in a food processor. With this puree you just need to mix the millet and eggs proper which you will make into patties and bake but not fry.
