Do Not Refrigerate Ten Meals

A Common belief among us is that cold weather safe for our food ingredients and healthy. Because humid temperatures can destroyed all microbes and bacteria that can destroy our food. But after applying the same rules to all other meals, we obstructed the problem. In reality, this rule is not applicable for all foods. There are lot of food or vegetables that are good for keeping them in cold weather and there are some foods that have to be kept at normal temperature.

There are ten foods that are better kept in the refrigerators rather then refrigerate. Let’s know what they are:

Tomatoes:
  Raw tomato should be kept at normal temperature. So that’s they are more delicious and cream pie. Tomato taste was lost at extreme temperature. When you are fully packed then you can kept the refrigerator filled with tomato plastic bags. But after leaving the refrigerator, keep half an hour at normal temperature and then cook it.

Onion:
  Sprinkled onions are needed for light air. You are stored onion in refrigeration. They can be worn due to excess moisture. If you put onion on the fridge it will always keep the pass away. Onion can also keep also you open space, but it is must be away from the sunlight. You can also p0ut onions in a proper bag in a hole.

 
Nuts and dried fruits: 
 Many of us keep nuts and dried fruits frozen in hope that is will spoil them. But it contrast, it is contradictory. Rather, they lost their taste and smell in excess of freezing temperature and other fragrances in the fridge can also enter them.


Garlic:
  If you store garlic in refrigerator, it will begin to germinate and it will become like rubber. So save the garlic in a dry and cool place.

Basil leaves:
  if you keep the mint leaves frozen, then the taste odor of them will be lost. The cold temperature make there refreshing quick and dry. The best way to preserve the mint leaves is it keep those water in the jar and keep Zara’s mouth open.


Potatoes:
  do not need potatoes to be refrigerated. Just save it with holes. If kept in cool soap, the straws in potato are converted to all sugar. As a result, the color of potato may be broken during cooking. So save potato the potatoes away from the light and washes.


Honey:
  honey does not need to be stored in the refrigerator. Outside the refrigerated, the honey is very smooth and fresh. But the honey in the container, keep its mouth well.
 
Olive oil: 
 do not refrigerate olive oil. In it, it can be accumulated and can take hard-cream like butter. This is also true of coconut oil.


Watermelon:
  a study published in the journal of agriculture and chemistry found that if the watermelon is kept as cold temperature, its nutrient content may be lost. Because antioxidants components of destroyed at color of temperature in watermelon.


Bread:
  you may have been preserving the fries for long time. But, the time has come to change. If you the bread in the fridge it can become hard and like rubber. Moreover, the cool and humid temperature bread becomes more quickly.
