Place selection

Cord length selection

How to jump
The back and head will stand upright. Both sides of the rope should be placed behind the rug. Slowly one foot will be jumped without hurry. And the back of the back should be pulled back from the front of the head in such a way that the rope should not touch the foot. At first speed is slow but it will need to be done fast. Keep track of at least 70 times in the minute. Gradually, the speed will increase further. Increase the speed to 90 to 120 in minutes.
Bell Jump
After jumping from the back of the rope, the rope will be jumped in front of the front (just opposite of the previous). This way, however, the speed will not be available as before, but at least 70 minutes in the jump.
Running step skip
The starting rope will jump from the back. However, while leaping in this method the knees should rise as much as possible. In this exercise, the lower part of the stomach will also be added. The speed to jump will be at least 80 in minutes.
