Health advice for diabetic patients.

1. Eat food at scheduled time. Do not eat too much.
2. Do not eat food immediately after exercise.
3. If insulin is dependent, then three full meals and each
    Sometimes there will be arrangements for light breakfast.
4. Do not eat fast food; eat well.
5. Drink plenty of water that will expose your body contaminated.
6. Give less breaks during your meals. Fried and sweet foods are as simple as possible
     Avoid it.
7. Keep the salad with every meal.
8. Eat at least 20 to 25 grams of raw onions.
9. Do the exercises for at least one hour a day.
10. Eat red rice and red flour bread.

Following the rules for diabetics patients, they can live a healthy life after following them, hopefully.
