Wash the ingredients well, then mix the apple, cucumber and spinach in a blender. Add the ginger next and mix again well, then add a few crushed almonds in the smoothie and drink it fresh. Dinner
For dinner, you’re only allowed to have 300 gr. of fruits or a bowl of fruit salad.
If you want to lose a lot of weight for the duration of the diet, you should follow the diet plan strictly and exercise regularly as well.
