5 Helpful Soaks: Eliminate Smelly Feet and Re-balance Good Bacteria


One of the most embarrassing problems is a problem with smelly feet, and it can follow you around. Literally! This phenomenon is a result of the bacteria on the skin that feed with moisture and sweat. So, the solution is simple, control bacteria, and your feet will be fresh and clean.

If you don’t know how to do that, the best way is with one of these five soaks. They will relax your feet and make them fresh and squeaky clean once again.


Sage and Rosemary and Sage Soak
When it comes to rosemary, this herb has excellent antibacterial and anti-fungal properties, and just like sage, rosemary is astringent too. It will help in decreasing sweat production on your feet, which means less bacteria.

You will need:

1-2 teaspoon of dried sage
1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
A large bowl to soak your feet in

Directions:

Pour boiling water into the bowl and add herbs. When it is cold enough, put your feet in it and let them soak for 30 minutes. You can repeat this treatment twice per day. Just remember to dry your feet well in the end.
