Natural Remedies for Acne


- Rooibos tea (linearis Aspalathus) helps soothe the skin and prevent infections, especially those caused by acne.

- You can use your own milk and apply it twice a day (morning and evening) to relieve acne. Breast milk is antibacterial and has healing properties, acting on the scars decreasing their appearance. Contains lauric acid, which shows anti-acne properties, without causing skin irritation or redness. Apply with a clean cotton a little milk on the face and let dry for 15-20 minutes, then wash with cold water.

- Garbanzo flour: deposit two tablespoons of chickpea flour, add one teaspoon of milk and 5-6 drops of lemon juice. Mix the three ingredients, until a thick paste. Apply the paste on the face and let it air dry for 15-20 minutes. Once the application dries, rinse with warm water. This action will help attenuate acne scars.

- Aloe vera gel and vitamin E oil. These two elements are excellent for the treatment of scars and blemishes. Simply apply a mixture of both in the affected area, let stand for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water. With a daily application is enough to get positive results.

-Lock of clay. Make an infusion with the mixture of the following plants: thyme, lavender and marigold. Let the infusion sit a few hours before filtering. Then mix them with green clay until they form a homogeneous paste and add a few drops of propolis tincture. Apply to the affected area for 10 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Although natural herbs usually have few side effects or harmful to the skin, especially when you are going to ingest it is advisable to consult the doctor if you are breastfeeding the baby.
