Vitamin D and Omega 3

Both of these nutrients are vital for hormone regulation and metabolic balance. If your hormones are out of balance and your metabolism sluggish, you’ll have inflammatory problems and lower collagen production, which will worsen your cellulite.

Coffee scrub

For this coffee scrub you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • ¼ cup coffee grounds
  • 3 tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
  • 3 tbsp. sugar

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients and use the resulting mixture to massage your cellulite-ridden areas. This scrub will stimulate blood flow and reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Dry brushing

Dry brushing improves lymphatic drainage and speeds up your circulation, removing the toxic buildup in your body.
