Why Women in China Don’t Get Breast Cancer

We want to share with you the heartwarming story of Jane Plant, an eminent professor. She is also a wife, dedicated mother and famous scientists. She is an expert in the field of geochemistry, was made a CBE for her work in the field.

In 1987, Professor Jane Plant was diagnosed with breast cancer, at the age of 42. At that moment it seemed that her productive life and career were coming to an end. This is what she had to say about that period:

I had suffered the loss of one breast, and undergone  radiotherapy. I was now receiving painful chemotherapy, and had been seen by some of the country’s most eminent specialists. But, deep down, I felt certain I was facing death. I had a loving husband, a beautiful home and two young children to care for. I desperately wanted to live.

Even though the disease re-occurred additional 4 times, Jane didn’t give up! She came up with a revolutionary diet and lifestyle regimen instead. According to her, this program saved her life and looks very promising in terms of saving other women as well.

Her husband is also a scientist who was in China at that time. Together with her husband, Jane discovered the reason why Chinese women don’t get breast cancer: the Chinese don’t eat dairy produce. Jane reflects:

Before I had breast cancer for the first time, I had eaten a lot of dairy produce, such as skimmed milk, low-fat cheese and yogurt. I had used it as my main source of protein. I also ate cheap but lean minced beef, which I now realized was probably often ground-up dairy cow.

Even though this method is considered controversial, every woman should be familiar with it and decide for her own. Check out the video below in which she talks about her own experience, her battle with cancer, and ultimately her victory. She also explains the Chinese method and the way she used it. Check it out and share with your close ones.
