Ingredients of Almond and Gulkand Kulfi
200 grams almonds whole
40 gm rose leaves
1.5 liter full fat milk
80 grams Mawa (uncooked)
70 grams sugar
Some strands of saffron
How to make almond and gulkand kulfi
1. Peel the almonds and make a paste of 90% of the almonds.
2. Soak the clanges and rose petals in water and cook them until they are thick in sugar.
3. To remove its taste, dissolve saffron in hot milk in a small bowl.
4.Now boil the milk and reduce it to 40%, cook the grated mawa, almond paste, sugar and saffron extracts until the mawa dissolves.
5. Pour mixture into kulfi cones, add ripe rose petals, chopped almonds and freeze it. Protect with fruit and rabri.
